Rental Returns Policy

Tools & Bits for Sale OR Rental:

Before installing TABs into trees, you need to predrill a multi-stage hole. These bit sizes are generally not kept in stock at home improvement stores. We supply the correct drill bits for TABs in a kit which you can purchase OR rent. We also supply some treehouse bolt tools that are useful for turning the TABs into the tree.

Rental Information:

All rentals are processed at the full purchase price, and then partially credited back when returned, according to the following schedule:

Refund Amount: 

• 4 week Rental: 75% refund!
• 8 week Rental: 60% refund!
• After 8 weeks, refunds may be given at management’s sole discretion.

Rental time is the amount of time you have the bits and tools. Shipping/handling time both ways is not counted as your rental time.

Bits that are returned damaged or requiring sharpening are subject to an additional charge.

We refund directly back to the original method of payment.
